How inquiries are processed
Inquiries are sent to Kansas City Data Solutions using Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information needed to deliver and operate the service, including technical request information such as IP addresses. A successful form submission means the email service accepted the inquiry; email delivery can still be affected by filtering or delivery failures.
Use and retention
Inquiry details are used for your requested conversation and any resulting business engagement. They are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
